CoupleFrame sells a 5" HD acrylic digital video frame. Product images on the site are for illustration purposes — slight color variations may occur due to display settings.

All prices are shown in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT. Payments are processed securely through Grow. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional cases (e.g. suspected fraud or a pricing error).

Validity of price and offer: The price and any promotion shown on the site are valid only as of the time you view the page and while the product is shown as in stock, and may change without prior notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown on the site at the time you complete checkout.

By uploading photos and videos, you confirm you hold all necessary rights to that content. We use your uploaded content solely to prepare the product you ordered and for no other purpose.

Under Section 14c of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, for a distance-sale transaction you may cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to give a reason. This right is subject to the exceptions set out in the law, including for goods manufactured specially for you at your request — such as the personalization of the specific unit loaded with the photos and video you uploaded.

That said, and beyond what the law requires, we offer an extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive your order, under which you may cancel your purchase for a full refund — even once the product has been personalized. See our full Returns Policy page for the complete process.

To cancel an order, send written notice to coupleframeHR@gmail.com or call 058-7833551. If the product is defective or does not match its description, no cancellation fee — including shipping costs — will be charged, as required by law.

All content on this site — including design, logo, text, and images (excluding content uploaded by customers) — is the exclusive property of CoupleFrame and is protected by copyright.

The site and products are provided "as is." We make every effort to provide a quality service, but are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the product, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in the district where the business is located shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
