This privacy policy is written in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, including Amendment No. 13, which came into force in August 2025.

Identity of the database controller: This site is operated by, and its database is owned and controlled by, CoupleFrame ("we", "us", "our"), Company Reg. No. (ח.פ.) 211691001, located at HaShaked 58, Lozit, 9984500, Israel. By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. Providing the information requested in our forms is not a legal obligation, but not providing it may prevent us from completing your order or providing the requested service.

Information you knowingly provide:

• Full name and email address (via contact forms and file uploads)
• Phone number (optional, via contact form)
• Photos and videos you choose to upload for your frame

Payment information: All payments are processed by Grow. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

Automatically collected (technical) data: As with any website, IP address, browser/device type, and basic browsing data (e.g. pages viewed) are collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) for site operation and security. As of the date of this policy, the site does not use any analytics or third-party tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or advertising pixels) — see also Section 9 on cookies.

We collect and process the information above solely for the following purposes:

• Processing and fulfilling your order
• Loading your photos/video onto your CoupleFrame before shipping
• Providing customer support
• Operating, securing, and improving our service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not use your data for any purpose incompatible with the purposes it was collected for.

We use trusted service providers:

• Grow — Secure payment processing
• Vercel — Website hosting and file storage
• Gmail (Google) — Sending order confirmations and support emails

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.

Some of our service providers (Grow, Vercel, Google) store or process data on servers located outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. These transfers take place under those providers' standard agreements and safeguards.

We take reasonable security measures to protect your data, including SSL/TLS encryption. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

Uploaded files are stored securely and deleted after your frame is prepared and shipped.

Under Amendment No. 13 to the Privacy Protection Law, the obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) applies mainly to organizations holding large-scale databases. CoupleFrame's scale of activity (fewer than 10,000 data records and fewer than three individuals with database admin access) does not trigger this obligation. Nonetheless, any privacy-related inquiry — including one that would otherwise be directed to a privacy officer — is handled personally by the database controller at coupleframeHR@gmail.com.

We retain order information for accounting and legal purposes for up to 7 years. Uploaded files are deleted after the product is shipped.

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (including Amendment No. 13), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you in our database
• Correct inaccurate or outdated data
• Request deletion of your data, subject to retention obligations under law (e.g. order records kept for accounting purposes)
• Request restriction of processing

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you may file a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (Ministry of Justice).

Our website uses only essential cookies (for cart contents and language preference). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
