CoupleFrame places great importance on providing an equal and accessible service to all of our customers, including people with disabilities. We work to make our website accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the international WCAG 2.0 Level AA accessibility guidelines.

The site was designed and built with accessibility in mind, including:

• Alternative text (alt) for meaningful images
• Clear labels on form fields (contact, newsletter, file upload)
• Full keyboard navigation, including menus, the shopping cart, and the product gallery
• Adequate color contrast between text and background
• A logical, semantic heading structure to support screen reader users
• A "skip to content" link for fast navigation for keyboard and screen reader users

We aim to meet WCAG 2.0 / Standard 5568 Level AA, and we test and improve the site on an ongoing basis.

The site's accessibility is tested using automated tools (such as axe-core and Lighthouse) that check compliance with WCAG 2.0/2.1 Level AA — including color contrast, heading structure and landmarks, accessible labels on interactive elements, and screen-reader compatibility — alongside a manual review of keyboard navigation and focus indication. The most recent testing and fixes were carried out in August 2026.

Despite our efforts, you may encounter accessibility issues in certain parts of the site, particularly in interfaces provided by third parties that are not fully within our control (for example, the Grow checkout page). We continuously work to identify and fix additional accessibility issues.
