2. How to Return an Order

- We'll send you return instructions — the return is arranged at no cost to you
- Once we receive the item back, your refund is issued to your original payment method within a few business days
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your frame arrives damaged or not working, contact us right away and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including shipping costs.

No need to worry about the photos and videos you uploaded — they're kept securely on our end and won't be lost even if you choose to return the product.
